Description

  • Own the day-to-day execution and performance of Yardzen’s email marketing channel.
  • Activate and grow SMS as a new lifecycle channel with value-rich messaging.
  • Manage the lifecycle marketing content calendar and align campaigns with marketing and business priorities.
  • Translate lifecycle strategy into clear briefs and deliverables for the email agency partner.
  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs to support smooth campaign launches.
  • Review and approve email creative, copy, and builds to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Run A/B tests across subject lines, creative, segmentation, and send strategies.
  • Partner with marketing, product, CX, and sales teams to align lifecycle campaigns with broader initiatives.
  • Coordinate messaging across email and SMS to create a cohesive lifecycle experience.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in lifecycle, email, or CRM marketing.
  • Hands-on experience executing email campaigns end-to-end.
  • Experience working with external agencies or cross-functional teams.
  • Strong perspective and communication skills with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and a strong quality bar for creative and execution.
  • Data-curious with a solid understanding of email performance metrics and testing.
  • Familiarity with email/CRM tools such as HubSpot, Cordial, or Calendly.
  • Collaborative mindset and comfort working across teams.
