Description

  • Own UX architecture and strategy for the Shop Builder product.
  • Shape how the product evolves beyond individual design execution.
  • Collaborate with engineers as a technical peer on implementation details and design handoff.
  • Design scalable patterns that work across an interconnected product ecosystem.
  • Contribute to AI-driven feature design across the product.
  • Consider localisation, regional pricing, and cross-cultural UX in product decisions.
  • Work on products processing millions of transactions and on features being built from scratch.
  • Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams to drive design decisions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product design experience with end-to-end ownership of complex digital products.
  • Strong UX strategy and systems thinking with an ecosystem-level view.
  • Technical literacy, including Git, developer workflows, and design-to-code handoff.
  • Ability to read pull requests and communicate with engineers as a peer.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills.
  • Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, fintech, or gaming is a strong advantage.
  • Genuine curiosity about games and player purchasing behaviour.
  • Comfort working in a globally distributed team across multiple countries.
  • Experience designing for global products with localisation and regional pricing considerations.
