Description

  • Define and communicate the UX vision and multi-release roadmap for critical areas of the product.
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, analytics stakeholders, and customers to conduct research and turn insights into experience priorities.
  • Own end-to-end user experiences that simplify complex calculation, analytics, and machine learning workflows.
  • Champion coherent interaction patterns, information architecture, and visual systems across product areas.
  • Lead AI-powered and GenAI-enabled workflow design, including how AI is surfaced, explained, and trusted.
  • Model strong UX craft through research, interaction design, and visual design best practices.
  • Lead critiques, design reviews, and mentoring to elevate the broader UX practice.
  • Co-create executive-ready narratives, demos, and “art of the possible” experiences with Product leadership.
  • Drive high-quality UX through implementation across multiple releases and iterate based on data and feedback.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in UX/UI design, including lead responsibility for complex B2B or SaaS products.
  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, certificate, or equivalent practical experience in UX design, HCI, or a related field.
  • Strong experience designing for SaaS or other complex, data- or workflow-heavy products.
  • Proven ownership of end-to-end experiences from discovery through multiple releases with measurable business and customer impact.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor UX teams, lead critiques, and raise craft standards.
  • Experience designing with and for GenAI, including using AI in design workflows.
  • Ability to define an experience vision that aligns with product strategy and drives cross-functional alignment.
  • Strong portfolio showing discovery, research, problem framing, ideation, prototyping, and final deliverables.
  • Experience creating user flows, wireframes, storyboards, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD, with willingness to use tools like Axure or Justinmind when needed.
  • Experience using AI tools such as Figma Make, v0, or Lovable to improve UX workflows.
  • Experience establishing or evolving design systems and pattern libraries.
  • Comfort with math concepts, data visualization, and engineering language in technical domains.
  • Experience in industrial, analytics, or other highly data-driven environments is preferred.
