Description

  • Lead end-to-end design for AI-powered features from early discovery through shipped product.
  • Plan and conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, and synthesis workshops.
  • Translate research insights into design decisions and product directions.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on the problem before solutioning.
  • Assess existing product patterns, determine what should change, and identify when to preserve current solutions.
  • Present design decisions to senior stakeholders and connect design rationale to business and product outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with another senior designer to solve complex problems and maintain design quality.
  • Explore where AI meaningfully improves user workflows and where it does not.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of UX design experience in B2B SaaS or complex digital products.
  • Strong research foundation with experience designing and running user research from screeners to synthesis.
  • Advanced Figma skills, including components, auto-layout, variables, prototyping, and using Figma throughout the design process.
  • Strong design judgment and the ability to prioritize in a resource-constrained environment.
  • Critical thinking grounded in evidence, with decisions based on research and reasoning.
  • Experience designing AI features or AI-assisted workflows, including probabilistic and non-deterministic systems.
  • Confidence facilitating cross-functional workshops and presenting to product and business stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset and investment in the quality of team outcomes.
  • Experience with enterprise-grade or data-heavy B2B interfaces (preferred).
  • Familiarity with design systems at scale and contributing to shared component libraries (preferred).
  • Background in interaction design or systems thinking (preferred).
