Description

  • Contribute to the product strategy and roadmap for the Money Account in line with business goals and customer needs.
  • Identify opportunities to expand wallet, card issuing, payouts, and related financial capabilities.
  • Translate product strategy into clear PRDs with context, rationale, and actionable requirements.
  • Partner with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, trustworthy end-to-end user experiences.
  • Work with engineering teams in Jira and Confluence to manage scope, priorities, and delivery.
  • Drive features from ideation through build, testing, launch readiness, and post-launch iteration.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, data, compliance, legal, finance, marketing, and customer support teams.
  • Work with external partners such as wallet providers, issuing banks, BaaS platforms, and card networks.
  • Define and monitor product metrics related to onboarding, engagement, and usage.
  • Use data, user feedback, and partner insights to identify friction points and improve the product.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments, embedded finance, or e-commerce.
  • Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional fintech products from concept to launch.
  • Experience with digital wallets, card issuing, payouts, or BaaS platforms.
  • Strong technical fluency and comfort working closely with engineering teams and APIs.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured product requirements and execution plans.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning work, managing timelines and dependencies, and surfacing risks or blockers.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and related Atlassian tools.
  • Data-informed decision-making skills and ability to use metrics to guide product decisions.
  • Experience with fraud management, risk, chargebacks, or compliance considerations is preferred.
  • Experience in gaming, digital goods, or creator platforms is preferred.
