Description

  • Lead process assessments across finance and adjacent enterprise functions, quantify AI and automation opportunities, and build CFO-ready investment cases.
  • Redesign roles, operating models, governance structures, and processes to capture value from AI and machine learning.
  • Own client AI product roadmaps, prioritizing deployments based on value, feasibility, and data readiness.
  • Translate business needs into agent specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, data schemas, exception logic, and success metrics.
  • Lead sprint planning, demos, deployment governance, scope management, and delivery tracking against timelines and budgets.
  • Manage executive stakeholders, facilitate steering committees, and communicate roadmap progress and tradeoffs.
  • Design change management, training, user adoption, and customer success programs.
  • Define and measure ROI outcomes, produce value realization reports, and establish processes that support target results.
  • Embed AI ethics, governance, decision rights, override protocols, and audit trails into product designs.
  • Support business development, reusable methodology development, case studies, and mentorship of junior team members.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of combined experience in finance, management consulting, and/or enterprise technology product management, with experience in at least two areas.
  • Hands-on finance expertise in month-end close, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, revenue operations, and at least one adjacent function.
  • Experience as an enterprise software, SaaS, or digital transformation Product Owner or Product Manager; agile proficiency required.
  • Experience deploying or overseeing AI/ML, RPA, NLP, or LLM-based solutions in finance or operations.
  • Deep knowledge of one or two industries, including business models, performance metrics, and AI value opportunities.
  • Experience developing technology investment cases using NPV/IRR, payback period, and sensitivity analysis for senior executives.
  • Strong workshop facilitation, process mapping, executive communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university; MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent advanced credential strongly preferred.
  • SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, CSPO, or equivalent agile certification preferred.
  • Willingness to travel domestically based on client needs.
