Description

  • Own the Xsolla Mall marketing roadmap covering publisher launches, promotional campaigns, seasonal activations, and platform milestones.
  • Define and execute bundle mechanics, limited-time offers, and promotional structures with BD and game publishers to drive conversion, transaction volume, and partner retention.
  • Develop co-marketing frameworks for publisher and partner campaigns from onboarding through featured placement, activation, and performance review.
  • Identify seasonal, cultural, and gaming tentpole moments to turn into Mall campaigns, collections, and themed activations.
  • Work with Marketplace Operations to ensure the marketing roadmap is reflected accurately across the homepage, featured placements, and campaign surfaces.
  • Serve as the marketing partner for game publishers and BD on how new titles are launched, featured, and promoted across Mall.
  • Build and maintain a publisher marketing playbook that defines campaign structure, support expectations, and performance reporting.
  • Develop co-marketing programs with payment partners, including co-branded page activations, exclusive offers, and reward-linked mechanics.
  • Own the marketing strategy for Mall’s co-branded page model and develop GTM frameworks for new page types as the model expands.
  • Lead consumer-facing marketing programs that drive awareness, new user acquisition, repeat engagement, and loyalty on Xsolla Mall.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in marketplace marketing, digital commerce, games publishing, or platform marketing.
  • Direct experience with digital game commerce, including how publishers bring titles to market and how bundles and promotions drive conversion.
  • Experience owning a seasonal promotional marketing roadmap across multiple publisher or partner relationships simultaneously.
  • Strong commercial instincts with experience structuring co-marketing deals, evaluating campaign ROI, and making prioritization decisions.
  • Track record of working cross-functionally with BD, Product, and Paid Media while influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Ability to own a performance reporting framework and adjust strategy based on data.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience writing briefs, strategies, and campaign plans for cross-functional teams and executives.
  • Preferred experience working with game publishers, payment providers, or gaming platform partnerships such as Steam, Epic, GOG, Humble, or Fanatical.
  • Preferred experience with creator or influencer marketing programs using performance attribution, affiliate structures, or creator-branded commerce.
  • Preferred familiarity with SEO-driven content scale strategies, programmatic page generation, or games database marketing.
