Description

  • Support day-to-day user acquisition campaigns across paid channels including Meta, Google/YouTube, LinkedIn, and mobile DSPs.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize performance campaigns to drive leads, installs, registrations, purchases, and ROAS.
  • Contribute to a structured testing roadmap across targeting, creative concepts, bidding strategies, and landing page flows.
  • Monitor campaign performance and flag shifts, pacing issues, and optimization opportunities to senior team members.
  • Work with Art and Design teams to brief, test, and iterate on ad creatives using campaign data and learnings.
  • Collaborate with Product and Analytics stakeholders to support tracking setup, including UTMs, pixels, SDK events, and attribution tools.
  • Contribute to weekly and monthly performance reporting with clear summaries and recommended next steps.
  • Assist with budget tracking and spend pacing across campaigns and flag discrepancies.
  • Maintain campaign documentation, learnings, and best practices to support team efficiency and knowledge sharing.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with product launches, promotions, and seasonal moments.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Media, or Growth Marketing with exposure to B2B and/or B2C campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns on one or more major platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads/YouTube, or LinkedIn Ads.
  • Familiarity with mobile user acquisition is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of key performance metrics such as CPL, MQL, pipeline contribution, CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates.
  • Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and performance tracking.
  • Able to work with dashboards and communicate findings clearly to the team.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with creative, sales, and product teams.
  • Organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks with some guidance.
  • Some hands-on exposure to mobile UA platforms such as Meta App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads, or Google UAC is preferred.
  • Experience with attribution tools such as AppsFlyer or Adjust is a plus.
  • Some experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, or funnel analysis is preferred.
  • Understanding of audience segmentation and how targeting strategies differ between B2B and B2C campaigns is a plus.
  • Comfort with GA4 or similar web analytics tools is preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Notion is a bonus.
