Description

  • Manage inbound sequences and enroll inbound leads into nurture workflows.
  • Send the monthly marketing newsletter, including contact list maintenance, inbox warming, domain switching, and template-based content creation.
  • Maintain dashboards to track social media performance, including follower growth, engagement, and organic social traffic.
  • Maintain the inbound dashboard for nurture sequences, G2 performance, traffic, and SEO metrics.
  • Manage webinar logistics end to end.
  • Handle lead enrichment, enrollment, and nurture processes.
  • Support event logistics, content distribution, and improvements to nurture sequences.
  • Coordinate marketing operations tasks that support demand generation and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of marketing experience.
  • Excellent copywriting skills, especially for social media and ads.
  • Experience with HubSpot or another marketing automation tool.
  • Experience handling webinar logistics.
  • Ability to manage inbound lead workflows and marketing operations tasks.
  • Experience with dashboard tracking and marketing performance metrics (preferred).
  • Experience with lead enrichment, nurture sequences, and event coordination (preferred).
