Description

  • Prepare conferences end to end, including target lists, attendee research, outreach, schedules, briefings, and follow-up trackers.
  • Build and maintain databases of investors, partners, lenders, companies, and counterparties from public sources, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Prepare and update presentations, internal memos, market maps, spreadsheets, and operating trackers.
  • Support financial models, fund analytics, pipeline trackers, and scoring tools.
  • Research investors, gaming companies, developers, publishers, lenders, partners, and comparable transactions.
  • Build and maintain the credit deals pipeline.
  • Coordinate and prepare dealflow scoring.
  • Manage tasks, deadlines, files, notes, follow-ups, and internal reporting to keep progress and blockers visible.

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, corporate development, startups, business operations, or analytical roles.
  • Strong research, Excel, PowerPoint, written communication, and coordination skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce clean, usable work with limited rework.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous tasks into clear outputs, workplans, deadlines, and next steps.
  • Fast researcher across companies, investors, sectors, people, conferences, transactions, and public data.
  • High ownership with a habit of following up, closing loops, documenting work, and making progress visible.
  • Interest in gaming, fintech, credit, private markets, venture capital, or digital platforms is preferred.
