Description

  • Serve as the primary Braze operator for Xsolla Partner Network and Lightstream, building, managing, and optimising all email programmes within the platform.
  • Design and execute multi-step lifecycle journeys including welcome flows, engagement nurtures, re-engagement campaigns, and transactional triggers.
  • Own the IP warming programme and deliverability strategy, monitoring sender reputation, bounce rates, and inbox placement.
  • Maintain a well-structured and documented Braze environment with clean segmentation logic, consistent naming conventions, and scalable canvas architecture.
  • Serve as the internal Braze subject matter expert and guide cross-functional stakeholders on platform capabilities.
  • Own the CRM roadmap, campaign calendar, and audience strategies that drive creator engagement, partner retention, and player activation.
  • Develop and maintain a segmentation framework based on behavioural, consent, and engagement data.
  • Plan and execute promotional and transactional email programmes for partner campaigns, product moments, and seasonal activations.
  • Build personalisation strategies based on user behaviour, creator tier, regional context, and engagement history.
  • Work with data, product, engineering, marketing, and creative teams to define tracking, maintain data quality, brief campaigns, and coordinate launches.
  • Define CRM KPIs, reporting cadences, dashboards, and performance optimisation recommendations.
  • Run A/B and multivariate tests across subject lines, send times, content, and CTAs.

Requirements

  • Current Braze certification is required and candidates without active certification will not be considered.
  • 5–7 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or email marketing.
  • Proven hands-on experience building canvases, segments, content blocks, and triggered campaigns natively in Braze.
  • Deep understanding of email deliverability, including IP warming, domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), sender reputation, and ISP engagement signals.
  • Strong segmentation and personalisation skills using behavioural events, attributes, and engagement history.
  • Working knowledge of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CASL, including consent frameworks and suppression lists.
  • Analytical and data-literate with experience building reports, interpreting email metrics, and making optimisation decisions.
  • Clear and structured communication skills for briefing stakeholders, documenting platform logic, and presenting to senior leadership.
  • Comfort working autonomously in a fully remote, fast-moving environment with minimal process overhead.
  • Familiarity with Mailchimp is preferred, especially for Lightstream transition and parallel operations.
  • Background in gaming, creator economy, or digital entertainment is preferred.
  • Experience with data integrations and event-based triggering via API or SDK is preferred.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other legacy ESP platforms is preferred.
  • Exposure to SMS or push notification channels within Braze is preferred.
  • Familiarity with consent management platforms or preference centres is preferred.
