Description

  • Onboard game developers and studios to the platform and educate them on Xsolla's monetization and advertising solutions.
  • Develop action plans with partners to help them achieve their business goals.
  • Set up monetization strategies using best practices for creative performance, targeting, and optimization.
  • Define and analyze key performance metrics to measure partner success.
  • Become an expert on Xsolla's advertising and monetization products for the gaming industry.
  • Partner with Business Development and Product teams to support regional and global growth.
  • Manage partner accounts while handling sensitive financial and business information.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in global markets.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in business development, account management, or monetization sales.
  • Strong analytical ability and a strategic understanding of the big picture.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Experience prioritizing competing demands and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience working with large data sets, analyzing complex data, and identifying actionable insights.
  • Self-starter with an eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible team player who uses drive, creativity, and initiative to move the organization forward.
  • Proven interest in technology and gaming; experience in gaming, advertising, monetization, or ad tech is preferred.
