Description

  • Partner with senior engineers to identify where AI tooling and integrations can reduce friction and build solutions.
  • Build applications and integrations on top of Xsolla’s APIs and SDKs.
  • Ship code that reaches real users, including internal tools and customer-facing integrations.
  • Use agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar as part of your default workflow.
  • Present weekly lightning-talk demos showing how AI was used to solve a problem during the week.
  • Work with minimal process, taking context, a problem, and a mentor, then driving the work independently.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and a global cohort of interns to exchange ideas, code, and workflows.
  • Contribute to internal AI tooling and integrations that help teams move faster.
  • Develop production-grade work that demonstrates what is possible with AI-assisted development.

Requirements

  • Current undergraduate, graduate, or recent graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related program.
  • Genuine passion for building, demonstrated through side projects, hackathons, open-source contributions, or shipped personal projects.
  • Real experience using agentic AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar to build something.
  • Ability to explain how AI was used in the build process and how the result was verified.
  • Bias toward action and comfort starting work on ambiguous problems without waiting for a detailed spec.
  • Comfort developing modern full-stack solutions.
  • Willingness to take an internship-level role and learn quickly in an AI-focused environment.
  • A link to a GitHub profile, deployed project, or other proof of work.
  • A short written response or 2-minute video/Loom describing a recent hard thing you built and why you built it.
  • Background checks may be conducted after the final interview stage, where permitted by law.
