Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to physicians, nurses, analysts, and other staff.
  • Prepare, update, and distribute department reports, spreadsheets, and tracking documents.
  • Maintain contact details and related information for Physician Advisors and clients.
  • Manage Administrator on Call tracking, PTO tracking, and related updates.
  • Follow up on client requests and provide the needed information promptly.
  • Support reimbursement submissions for full-time Physician Advisors.
  • Assist with onboarding and training for new Physician Advisors joining the P2P team.
  • Schedule and coordinate peer review phone calls across multiple time zones.
  • Manage the peer review queue, call assignments, and scheduling for Physician Advisors.
  • Monitor the department inbox and respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Cross-train with other clinical administrative staff and cover tasks as needed.
  • Complete additional tasks and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Clinical experience is not required but is helpful.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Ability to understand needs and deliver results on time.
  • Ability to work under pressure and tolerate frequent change.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal, and telephone skills.
  • Professional communication with colleagues and clients via phone, mail, and email.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Strong technical aptitude.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Ability to work 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. ET.
  • Willingness to travel to the Tennessee home office for training.
  • Must already be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without sponsorship.
  • Must successfully pass a background check.
  • Experience with sensitive information, including proprietary data and PHI, is part of the role.
