Description

  • Establish trusted advisor and advocate relationships with new partners during onboarding.
  • Own partner relationships across a large portfolio of accounts throughout the partner lifecycle.
  • Lead partner meetings and communications virtually and in person.
  • Maintain collaborative partnerships and provide coaching when partner KPIs are not being met.
  • Share best practices based on Xometry and industry trends.
  • Interpret partner insights and relay feedback to influence product changes and the strategic roadmap.
  • Respond to Zendesk tickets in accordance with service-level expectations.
  • Receive, document, and act on partner service escalations.
  • Create SOPs and supporting documentation to standardize service processes.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams to ensure partner needs are met.

Requirements

  • Strong fluency with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey empathy, urgency, and ownership.
  • Best-in-class service skills.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change in a fast-evolving environment with shifting procedures and expectations.
  • Excellent project management and time management skills.
  • Experience analyzing data and trends.
  • Supply chain background is preferred.
  • Experience using an ERP system is preferred.
  • Basic scripting skills, such as SQL, are preferred.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Amplitude is preferred.
  • Experience with collaboration software such as Airtable is preferred.
