Description

  • Deliver accurate, timely service to advisors and clients with full ownership of issues through final resolution.
  • Serve as the primary liaison among custodians, the operations team, advisors, and clients.
  • Provide end-to-end operational support for account openings, account maintenance, asset transfers, money movement, and required documentation.
  • Take proactive follow-through on client- and advisor-initiated requests.
  • Act as an advocate for clients by responding with empathy and understanding.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple requests across email, Microsoft Teams, phone, and Salesforce.
  • Maintain clear, proactive communication with advisors and clients and manage expectations.
  • Ensure precision and consistency in processing requests and transactions in a fiduciary environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the RIA industry with custodian and client-facing service experience.
  • Strong self-initiated follow-through, time management, and problem-solving skills with consistent accuracy and care.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to learn other software and technology; Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive client information and financial transactions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while working independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong interest in financial planning and investments.
  • Desire to grow and develop in the role.
  • Eagerness to work toward professional accreditations.

  • Annualized base salary range of $70,000 to $72,000.
