Description

  • Develop and implement demand forecasting models using historical data, market trends, and statistical analysis.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align forecasts with business objectives.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and make corrective actions to reduce deviations.
  • Extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and insights.
  • Develop and maintain supply chain reports and dashboards.
  • Use advanced Excel functions and modeling to build dynamic reports, models, and inventory simulations.
  • Present key findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Document and standardize supply chain processes.
  • Analyze inventory levels to optimize stock, reduce holding costs, and prevent stockouts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in supply chain management with a focus on forecasting and data analysis.
  • Proven expertise in advanced Excel modeling and data manipulation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with large datasets and statistical analysis.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with ERP systems and supply chain management software.
  • Experience with SQL or other database query languages (preferred).
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling and forecasting techniques (preferred).
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry (preferred).
  • Experience with supply chain optimization tools (preferred).
  • Experience in the Indian manufacturing and logistics environment (preferred).
  • Resume must be submitted in English.
