Description

  • Chair regular meetings with investment manager customers to understand how they use Aiviq’s products and how the platform supports their success.
  • Troubleshoot system failures and investigate customer queries.
  • Build and maintain data connectors for existing and new data sources.
  • Support release testing for new features and enhancements before customer releases.
  • Keep process documentation up to date.
  • Work with other teams to automate customer services activities.
  • Provide day-to-day customer support and proactive data quality monitoring.
  • Diagnose and help resolve complex customer data and technical issues.

Requirements

  • Strong technical skills combined with experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience supporting or developing computer systems.
  • Experience analyzing complex data or technical issues and managing technical teams to resolve problems.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience in the asset management industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong team-oriented leadership skills and a proven track record of managing others.
