Description

  • Lead and participate in discovery activities, including stakeholder workshops.
  • Manage the design process from initial concepts and requirements through implementation.
  • Design complex user journeys involving multiple entry points, teams, and stakeholders.
  • Create interactive mockups and high-fidelity prototypes for different project needs.
  • Apply mature design systems while determining when custom solutions are appropriate.
  • Use UX metrics and data to identify problems, validate assumptions, and guide decisions.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Analysts, Developers, and business stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and propose effective design solutions.
  • Present and confidently defend design decisions.

Requirements

  • Broad, hands-on UX/UI design experience, particularly in discovery.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma.
  • Experience delivering work across the full design lifecycle, from concept to implementation.
  • Strong experience with complex, mature design systems and custom design solutions.
  • Ability to create prototypes at different levels of fidelity.
  • Data-driven, problem-solving approach to design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience navigating complex products and organizations with multiple teams and user journey entry points.
  • Native-level Polish and English proficiency at least at B2 level.
  • Practical experience using AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot Chat.
  • Work authorization and residence within the European Union.
  • AdTech or e-commerce experience, including campaign tools, analytics dashboards, or self-service platforms, is preferred.
  • Experience designing AI-powered interfaces or applying GenAI workflows within the SDLC is preferred.
