Description

  • Design, train, and evaluate models for bidding, forecasting, targeting, and outcome optimization.
  • Design and analyze A/B tests and online experiments to connect model performance to revenue and advertiser results.
  • Turn raw campaign, audience, and supply data into robust, reusable features and help define shared features in a feature store.
  • Collaborate with MLOps and Data Engineering teams to deploy models to production on Vertex AI and monitor their live performance.
  • Work with product owners and business stakeholders to frame problems, assess opportunities, and translate model behavior into plain language.

Requirements

  • Experience applying machine learning to real products with a track record of shipped models that made a measurable difference.
  • Strong Python and SQL skills.
  • Hands-on experience with modern ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
  • Solid grounding in statistics and experimentation, including A/B test design and understanding of bias and variance.
  • Experience with large-scale data and cloud ML tooling.
  • Google Cloud and Vertex AI experience are a strong advantage.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to explain technical model details to engineers and business impact to executives.
  • Work authorization and a work permit are required for candidates based in the European Union region.
  • Background in adtech, real-time bidding, recommender systems, or marketing/measurement science is nice to have.
  • Experience with feature stores, MLOps pipelines, or moving from ad-hoc notebooks to reproducible workflows is nice to have.
