Description

  • Assist in researching regulations that affect the company’s operations.
  • Support the preparation and review of compliance documentation.
  • Help monitor internal policies and practices to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to cross-department projects that support compliance goals.
  • Collaborate with different teams on compliance-related work and reporting.
  • Work directly with the Compliance team on real-world regulatory projects and tasks.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Interns must be based in Gibraltar for the duration of the 2-month program.
  • Mandatory in-person attendance for onboarding sessions on July 6th and 7th.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Detail-oriented with a methodical approach to tasks and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team and collaborate across functions.
  • Some exposure to compliance processes through coursework, personal projects, or previous internships is beneficial.
  • Basic understanding of financial regulations and compliance frameworks is advantageous.
  • Exposure to corporate governance or risk management frameworks is a plus.
  • A dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection are required.
  • Alignment with Xapo’s values and values-driven leadership principles is required.
