Description

  • Review expert call transcripts to identify material nonpublic and confidential information.
  • Complete due diligence reviews for each call and document violations in detail.
  • Escalate non-compliance with Tegus sourcing guidelines when necessary.
  • Research financial reports and regulatory filings using internal and external sources to determine whether information is publicly available.
  • Manage internal and external communications in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of processes, transcripts, and workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
  • Support content generation while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in research, compliance, legal support, or operations roles is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in roles such as paralegal, legal assistant, analyst, or BPO/editorial specialist is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal English fluency.
  • Experience with proofreading, drafting, and investigative or research work.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and stay highly organized while working independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with research of financial reports and regulatory filings is preferred.
