Description

  • Manage company-wide projects from initiation through completion in Jira.
  • Coordinate milestones with portfolio management, trading, operations, compliance, legal, marketing, and technology teams.
  • Identify cross-team dependencies, risks, issues, capacity constraints, and blockers; escalate blockers to leadership.
  • Monitor project timelines and adjust schedules to accommodate changes or delays.
  • Design and maintain Jira projects, boards, workflows, filters, dashboards, automation rules, and intake forms.
  • Maintain accurate, consistent Jira data as the company’s single source of truth for project status.
  • Maintain project documentation, runbooks, and process guides.
  • Provide weekly reporting to leadership on portfolio health, timelines, and risks.
  • Improve project intake, prioritization, tracking processes, and lightweight project-management practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
  • Expert-level Jira experience, including administration, workflows, dashboards, and automation.
  • Experience in asset management, ETFs, or financial services preferred.
  • Working knowledge of the ETF lifecycle and functions including portfolio management, trading, operations, compliance, and distribution preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills across teams and seniority levels.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Availability to provide approximately 20–25 hours of work per week.

Benefits

  • Hourly pay of $65–$75 USD.
  • Part-time schedule of approximately 20–25 hours per week.
