Description

  • Own all written content across blog posts, case studies, data research reports, thought leadership, social posts, newsletters, whitepapers, and sales enablement materials.
  • Write multiple thought leadership and brand content pieces each month, including blog posts, guides, data studies, and industry analysis.
  • Ghostwrite the founder’s LinkedIn posts five times per week using data insights, customer wins, and industry perspectives.
  • Turn proprietary AI search data into research reports, benchmark reports, and articles that earn citations and shares.
  • Create social content for product launches, partnerships, and company milestones.
  • Produce a weekly newsletter with original insights rather than curated links.
  • Build comparison pages, alternative pages, and guest contributions for industry publications.
  • Create sales enablement and demand generation materials such as case studies, one-pagers, battlecards, ROI frameworks, landing pages, email sequences, webinar scripts, and product-led content.
  • Build a repeatable content calendar, templates, and playbooks tied to launches, data releases, and industry events.
  • Track content performance across organic traffic, lead generation, AI platform citations, and sales team usage while maintaining the brand voice guide.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS content marketing experience, ideally at companies in the $2M-$20M ARR range.
  • A published portfolio showing range across blog posts, case studies, data-driven research, and social content.
  • Experience writing for technical audiences such as SEO, marketing ops, or growth without oversimplifying or relying on jargon.
  • Ability to write a compelling 2,000-word article in a day.
  • Experience ghostwriting for founders or executives on LinkedIn and/or Twitter.
  • Track record of creating content that directly generated pipeline or influenced deals, not just page views.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and how to write content that ranks.
  • Comfort interviewing customers for case studies and extracting meaningful metrics.
  • Power-user familiarity with AI tools to research, draft, and iterate quickly.
  • Strong editorial judgment with the ability to self-edit ruthlessly and remove filler, fluff, and AI-sounding copy.
  • Experience publishing content in Webflow, WordPress, or a similar CMS.
  • Background in SEO, GEO, or AI search is a plus.
  • Experience as the first or only content hire is a plus.
  • An active personal blog, newsletter, or LinkedIn presence is a plus.
  • Experience working with data teams to turn proprietary datasets into published research is a plus.
  • Experience creating content for both self-serve and enterprise audiences is a plus.
