Description

  • Identify, engage, and nurture top-tier candidates across digital marketing, media, tech, and analytics.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to translate business needs into targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Source both active and passive candidates in highly competitive talent markets.
  • Build and maintain pipelines that support current hiring needs and long-term growth.
  • Craft personalized outreach that drives candidate engagement and conversion.
  • Use advanced sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search, to find hard-to-reach talent.
  • Manage multiple open roles and priorities simultaneously.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiting stakeholders to support hiring for paid media, earned media, client strategy, and analytics roles.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience in media, digital marketing, or ad tech, with agency experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates in competitive talent markets.
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Experience sourcing for paid media, earned media, analytics, and tech roles.
  • Familiarity with agency and/or platform ecosystems such as Google, Meta, Amazon, DSPs, and analytics tools.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to craft personalized outreach that converts.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with an ATS; Lever is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
