Description

  • Support recurring manual reporting processes and operational workflows to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Schedule meetings, user interviews, pilot activities, and stakeholder check-ins.
  • Track project action items, timelines, and follow-up tasks to keep initiatives organized.
  • Assist with meeting preparation, note-taking, agenda management, and documentation updates.
  • Gather and organize feedback from surveys, NPS responses, user conversations, and adoption efforts.
  • Support recurring Product team communications, newsletters, and internal updates.
  • Repurpose existing content such as presentations, webinars, and documentation into FAQs, internal communications, and social media content.
  • Maintain organized records, documentation, and project resources.
  • Support cross-functional coordination with internal teams and external partners.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of applicable experience.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of administrative and coordination responsibilities.
  • Comfort working in Google Suite, Miro, Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field (nice to have).
  • Administrative, operations, or project coordination experience (nice to have).
  • Experience creating presentations, newsletters, social media content, or internal communications (nice to have).
