Description

  • Build, maintain, and update project schedules in Project Insight.
  • Monitor team workloads and reassign tasks to balance capacity across projects.
  • Track project budgets and actuals, and flag cost variances.
  • Prepare and issue client invoices and support estimate development.
  • Configure new projects, dashboards, and custom fields in Project Insight.
  • Train team members on basic Project Insight usage and best practices.
  • Coordinate task-level quality checks and documentation for QA/QC support.
  • Manage SharePoint sites and Lists for document control.
  • Make light updates to WordPress posts, including news and team pages.
  • Assist with cloud migration initiatives from SharePoint to Autodesk Construction Cloud and suggest process improvements.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of project management experience, preferably in AEC or engineering support.
  • Hands-on experience with Project Insight, or the ability to learn it quickly.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint, Lists, and Teams.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud workflows is preferred.
  • Basic WordPress administration experience, including editing posts and uploading media, is preferred.
  • Experience with simple database or list management is preferred.
