Description

  • Transform, improve, and integrate data according to business requirements and project scope.
  • Plan and scope end-to-end data analysis projects by identifying business problems and selecting appropriate investigative tests and solutions.
  • Combine and prepare datasets from multiple sources using SQL and BigQuery.
  • Deliver data and insights in clear, useful, and visually appealing formats for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Maintain existing media-mix models through directed retrains and report on performance changes.
  • Organize and collect results from media-mix models, incrementality tests, clean rooms, and related analyses to support organizational learning.
  • Conduct guided marketing analyses to support client and internal needs.
  • Support presentations by performing data pulls, ad-hoc analyses, and slide creation.
  • Learn and implement automation for data gathering, blending, and transformation processes.
  • Collaborate across Engineering, Reporting, Product, Paid Media, and Data Science teams to understand and support client needs.

Requirements

  • Intermediate programming skills in R or Python for data cleaning, modeling, pipeline development, and API calls.
  • Experience with statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, and large language models (LLMs).
  • Intermediate SQL skills, including window functions, stored procedures, views, triggers, unions, CTEs, subqueries, and debugging; experience with BigQuery.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with at least one BI platform (Looker preferred; Tableau, Power BI acceptable) and ability to learn others.
  • Familiarity with version control tools such as Git or Bitbucket.
  • Intermediate to advanced competency in statistics, probability, and linear algebra, plus demonstrated critical thinking to form meaningful insights from data.
  • Strong organizational skills to balance competing client requests and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills with experience creating and delivering presentations and executive summaries.
  • Associate’s degree, bootcamp certification, or practical work experience in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, IT, Economics, Engineering) — Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field preferred; not eligible for immigration sponsorship; role may be performed remotely in most U.S. states (with some exclusions).
  • Nice-to-have: exposure to marketing analyses (MMM, incrementality testing, CAC, lead scoring), experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, familiarity with clean room environments (FBAA, AMC, Google ADH), and cloud computing experience (AWS, GCP, Azure).

  • Anticipated annual salary range $88,000 - $100,000 (varies by experience, location, and other factors).
