Description

  • Own day-to-day client relationships and deliver high-performing influencer and creator programs across multiple accounts.
  • Develop and execute influencer strategies aligned with client goals, from campaign ideation through tactical planning.
  • Lead end-to-end influencer campaign management, including sourcing, vetting, negotiating, contracting, reviewing content, and reporting.
  • Identify and manage influencer and creator partnerships that maximize brand ROI and support KPI achievement.
  • Ensure influencer and creator content follows brand guidelines, creative direction, and FTC compliance requirements.
  • Analyze campaign performance and turn results into insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Paid Media, Strategy, Creative, and Analytics teams to integrate influencer efforts across the full marketing funnel.
  • Track platform and influencer trends across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitch, Snapchat, Amazon, and emerging platforms.
  • Contribute to new business efforts through research, creative input, and influencer program recommendations.
  • Educate clients and internal teams on influencer and creator marketing best practices and industry innovations.
  • Support on-site activations, campaign shoots, influencer productions, or team summits as needed, including occasional light travel.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of hands-on influencer marketing experience in an agency or brand setting.
  • Proven success managing client-facing influencer campaigns from strategy through execution.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant influencer and/or creator partnership examples.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing, communications, PR, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with comfort working directly with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools such as CreatorIQ, GRIN, Aspire, or Tagger.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Strategic mindset with a creative approach that balances data and storytelling.
  • Proficiency across major social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, Twitch, and Amazon.
  • Nice-to-have: UGC light video editing or post-production experience.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience managing hybrid influencer-affiliate programs.
  • Preference for candidates located in PST.
  • Not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
