Description

  • Create and execute social media campaign strategies tailored to each client’s goals and target audience.
  • Develop influencer programming by identifying, vetting, negotiating with, and managing creators through campaign completion.
  • Manage multiple client accounts independently, prioritizing work and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Craft on-brand copy, creative, campaign plans, and briefs for social and influencer initiatives.
  • Build and maintain monthly content calendars that align with overall social strategy and posting schedules.
  • Stay current on social media trends, emerging platforms, and algorithm changes, and bring fresh ideas to the team.
  • Participate in team meetings, share industry updates, and collaborate on cross-functional initiatives.
  • Communicate campaign progress, results, and recommendations clearly to clients.
  • Use AI technologies to improve business processes.
  • Leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem in support of departmental work.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in social media, with agency experience preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Strong knowledge of current social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
  • Experience managing social media strategies for multiple clients across different industries.
  • Experience crafting and maintaining unique brand voices with consistency and authenticity.
  • Proven ability to develop social campaigns that drive results across a variety of KPIs.
  • Ability to use data and analytics to refine and optimize social strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience applying trend and platform knowledge to improve strategy.
  • Ability to work autonomously while managing a dynamic workload and multiple accounts.
