Description

  • Lead and evolve Wpromote’s Data Strategy & Analytics services to provide streamlined access to high-quality marketing data.
  • Partner with Product to influence the roadmap for Polaris and automate parts of Data Strategy & Analytics services.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and executive sponsor to senior and enterprise clients on data-driven media, creative, and customer decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery of scalable, high-quality, cross-channel data solutions across Analytics Engineering, Analytics Management, Data Engineering, Reporting Solutions, and Data Analysis.
  • Manage a team of Data Strategists and own a book of business to deliver insights, measurement frameworks, and data solutions for clients.
  • Define and implement reproducible, well-documented analytical processes that integrate into broader client strategies.
  • Pitch new business opportunities by presenting the value of Data Strategy & Analytics services and Polaris solutions.
  • Act as an escalation point to resolve complex client and delivery issues.
  • Educate and train Client Strategy, Channel, and Executive teams on Data Strategy & Analytics capabilities and best practices.
  • Lead or support the development of standardized measurement approaches, including taxonomy governance, KPI frameworks, and performance dashboards.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in digital analytics, data strategy, or marketing analytics leadership roles.
  • Strong experience with Adobe Analytics, RTCDP, and the broader Adobe Experience Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and advertising technology ecosystems such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Looker, dbt, and GCP/AWS.
  • Experience creating and implementing data taxonomy governance best practices across multiple ad platforms.
  • Demonstrated success translating data into actionable insights in a performance marketing or growth strategy context.
  • Exceptional executive communication and client-facing experience with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and engagements simultaneously.
  • Experience mentoring managers and analysts to deliver scalable, reproducible analytical solutions.
  • Preferred experience in or adjacent to Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, Media Buying, or Client Services.
  • Preferred experience with Media Mix Modeling, Incrementality Testing, Forecasting, or Predictive Analytics.
  • Preferred experience with R, Python, SQL, machine learning techniques, and data visualization tools.
  • Preferred background in developing or integrating data products or internal analytics platforms.
  • Preferred experience leading analytics teams in a performance marketing or digital agency environment.
