Description

  • Develop and configure solutions on the Salesforce platform, particularly within Service Cloud and OMS.
  • Build custom features using Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Aura.
  • Configure process flows, automation, and data models to support business needs.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems.
  • Work effectively within an Agile team environment.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Build storefronts, implement business logic, and connect SFCC with internal and external systems.
  • Mentor junior developers when needed.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Salesforce Developer or Engineer with a focus on Service Cloud OMS.
  • Strong experience with process flows, automation tools such as Flow and Process Builder, and data models.
  • Extensive experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura frameworks.
  • Proven ability to customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, and other programmatic tools.
  • Experience developing and maintaining Salesforce integrations with third-party systems.
  • Experience working in an Agile team environment.
  • Good exposure to the Salesforce partner community and ecosystem.
  • Direct client-facing experience gathering requirements and delivering solutions is preferred.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification is preferred.
  • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) is preferred.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Commerce Cloud is preferred.
