Description

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Preferred Communities (PC) groups and gaps service tracks, ensuring grant compliance.
  • Develop guidance and resources for PC group and gaps services implementation.
  • Identify and train staff on best practices for MHPSS groups, cultural orientation workshops, and other gap services.
  • Facilitate the Groups Community of Practice and technical assistance training for PC gaps enrollment and service tracking.
  • Monitor assigned field and subrecipient offices through consultations, site visits, desk audits, and follow-up support.
  • Provide onboarding, quarterly check-ins, site profile reviews, and administrative support for assigned offices.
  • Collaborate with MHPSS, education, training, and program staff on integrated services, tools, forms, and resources.
  • Contribute to semiannual reporting and participate in up to 10% travel for site visits and training facilitation.

Requirements

  • Mature personal Christian faith and commitment to World Relief’s mission, values, Statement of Faith, and Christian identity.
  • At least 1 year of refugee resettlement experience and familiarity with related terminology and concepts.
  • Experience working in a grant-compliance context.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a case manager and/or group facilitator.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a human services field or an MSW from an accredited school of social work.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, and Asana.
  • Experience with World Relief systems and the Preferred Communities program preferred.
  • Experience leading groups or classes for newly arrived populations preferred.
  • Master’s degree in social work preferred.
