Description

  • Set the program’s operating rhythm, including team-wide syncs and senior leadership meetings.
  • Serve as the primary program-level contact for Adobe leadership and represent the program to Code and Theory and Stagwell executives.
  • Deliver recurring executive readouts, written updates, and progress tracking.
  • Adapt the engagement model as Adobe’s organization and priorities evolve.
  • Manage client pressure and resolve program-level issues while protecting team health.
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, and leadership to negotiate contract renewals, SOWs, staffing, fees, KPIs, budgets, and delivery scope.
  • Track program KPIs, forecasts, capacity, workload, and budget burn, taking corrective action when needed.
  • Partner with recruiting on hiring strategy, screening, and final decisions.
  • Resolve client-raised performance concerns involving team members.
  • Own onboarding curricula and maintain program documentation, playbooks, trackers, and reusable tools.

Requirements

  • Experience in program or client delivery management, ideally in staff augmentation, matrix organizations, consulting, or professional services.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of engagements without directly running each individual account.
  • Executive stakeholder management experience with VP- or Director-level clients and internal C-suite leaders.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt tone across team members, clients, and executives.
  • Ability to lead through influence, build cohesion, and align teams without formal reporting authority.
  • Experience creating and maintaining processes, trackers, onboarding programs, and playbooks.
  • Ability to synthesize cross-functional information into clear, AI-augmented systems.
  • Experience negotiating and closing SOWs, planning headcount, managing KPI-based fee adjustments, and tracking budgets.
  • Track record of managing program KPIs and proactively correcting performance or forecast issues.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and organizational change.
  • Experience scaling distributed teams preferred.
  • Experience identifying account expansion opportunities and developing business cases preferred.
  • Familiarity with generative AI in creative or marketing contexts preferred.
  • Background in agency operations, martech, or enterprise software adoption preferred.
  • Experience partnering with recruiting or talent teams on time-sensitive hiring preferred.

Benefits

  • Compensation range of $150,000–$200,000, depending on experience, level, budget, and location.
