Description

  • Generate and close loan opportunities through outbound outreach, inbound leads, referrals, and relationship building while meeting monthly and quarterly funding targets.
  • Prospect actively via outbound calling, email outreach, and follow-ups to cultivate new borrowers, brokers, investors, and referral partners.
  • Manage inbound and outbound leads in a high-rejection, long-cycle sales environment and prioritize follow-ups to advance deals.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial contact through funding, including collecting documentation and coordinating with underwriting and operations.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with borrowers, brokers, real estate investors, and referral partners to drive repeat business.
  • Learn and apply private lending products, guidelines, and deal fundamentals (LTV, ARV, collateral-based lending) to structure and sell deals beyond pricing.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline, track activity and performance metrics, and report on pipeline and results.
  • Compose professional emails, initiate cold calls, conduct follow-up communications, and represent the company professionally and ethically.
  • Continuously improve performance through coaching, feedback, and self-driven professional development.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (formal education may be substituted with proven sales experience).
  • 1–5+ years of sales experience in mortgage, real estate, financial services, or other commission-based sales; prior private lending experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to sell independently and manage a full sales cycle in performance-based/commission-driven roles.
  • Comfortable with frequent rejection and longer sales timelines; resilient and patient sales professional.
  • Experience with or willingness to adopt a CRM and maintain disciplined pipeline management.
  • Skilled in composing professional emails, initiating cold calls, and conducting follow-up communications.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Excellent oral and written command of English; resumes must be submitted in English.
  • Comfortable working with productivity monitoring systems and available to work core hours 9:00am–6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday–Friday (hours may be greater based on operational needs).
