Description

  • Translate customer and business objectives into purposeful, feasible product designs.
  • Own projects from discovery and ideation through flows, wireframes, prototypes, and delivery.
  • Develop and evaluate multiple solutions for challenges across WorkWave’s product suite.
  • Conduct customer interviews and usability tests, applying findings to design iterations.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, business stakeholders, leadership, marketing, and other designers.
  • Present design rationale, facilitate design reviews, incorporate feedback, and build cross-functional alignment.
  • Apply and evolve design system standards while promoting consistency, accessibility, and cohesive user flows.
  • Use Jobs-to-be-Done and user-centered design principles to make informed decisions.
  • Coach peers, participate in critiques, and contribute to design practice growth and culture.
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, methodologies, and AI-powered product design.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a product, UX, interaction, information architect, or similar designer.
  • Portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital products and measurable user or business outcomes.
  • Experience delivering product design initiatives from concept through implementation.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design and human-computer interaction principles.
  • Ability to communicate complex problems and clearly explain design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience evaluating design impact using qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Proficiency with modern design tools, preferably Figma, and design-thinking methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience designing complex enterprise or SaaS workflows, preferably in B2B environments.
  • Preferred experience with service or field-service workflows, AI-powered or data-driven products, accessibility, design systems, service design, agile teams, mentoring, or senior stakeholder presentations.
