Description

  • Understand the needs, motivations, and behaviors of fans, sellers, teams, and artists.
  • Develop clear product design strategies and guide execution through launch.
  • Balance speed and quality across optimization initiatives and 0-to-1 product development.
  • Apply behavioral design, systems thinking, experimentation, data, and storytelling to product experiences.
  • Partner with product, engineering, product marketing, customer success, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Improve component systems to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences.
  • Connect product experiences across SeatGeek’s business verticals and help shape the platform vision.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of design experience.
  • Excellent design craftsmanship.
  • Experience with behavioral design, systems design, storytelling, and end-to-end product design.
  • Understanding of technical and logistical obstacles that create friction during live experiences.
  • Strong experimentation, data-driven, and systems-thinking mindset.
  • Ability to challenge existing approaches and drive innovation.
  • Passion for live experiences.
  • Availability for at least 4 hours of overlap with the 9:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. Eastern workday.

  • Salary range of $130,000–$188,000, plus equity eligibility and a discretionary annual bonus.
