Description

Manage customer relationships and support Professional Services and Delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Scope billable projects and develop clear, detailed statements of work.
Own execution of a diverse portfolio of projects across enterprise software deployments and smaller rollouts.
Champion the use of AI and automation tools to improve project tracking, reporting, and documentation.
Travel domestically up to 25% to lead kick-offs, steering committee reviews, and client relationship meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with global stakeholders, delivery teams, and cross-border customers.
Define or analyze project scope, impacts, resource allocations, and localized outcomes.
Develop detailed project plans, dependencies, and schedules across multiple time zones.
Track concurrent workstreams, monitor deadlines, and keep projects on schedule.
Communicate project progress clearly to sponsors, board members, delivery teams, and clients.
Identify, track, escalate, and resolve risks and localized issues proactively.
Maintain accurate, audit-ready project documentation and close projects to support revenue recognition.

Requirements

5+ years of dedicated Project Management experience, ideally in global IT/software and SaaS deployments.
Experience using AI-powered tools, including project management software, generative AI tools, or predictive analytics.
Experience working within structured project management frameworks such as PRINCE2 or PMP.
Proven success delivering complex projects on time, on budget, and against revenue targets.
Ability to manage competing priorities, tight international deadlines, and detailed project work without sacrificing quality.
Exceptional written, verbal, facilitation, and negotiation skills with strong cultural awareness for global communication.
Demonstrable commercial acumen and experience making decisions that affect project profitability.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust quickly with diverse, cross-functional, remote international teams.
High proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as MS Project, Smartsheets, MS Office, and G-Suite.
Willingness to travel domestically up to 25%.
