Description

  • Close deals, upsell solutions, and drive new contracts with prospective clients.
  • Assist customers through the digital onboarding process and ensure a smooth experience.
  • Handle calls and chats while providing personalized support to prospects and customers in the financial sector.
  • Represent the brand and deliver a professional, positive image to clients.
  • Manage the administrative aspects of client relationships and maintain timely, accurate records.
  • Engage with Dutch customers while working remotely and collaborating with international colleagues and clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian, French, and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to think quickly and come up with creative solutions to challenges.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, evolving environment.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to help.
  • Ability to work in predetermined shifts and adhere strictly to assigned shift times.
  • Location within the EEA due to security requirements.
  • Stable, high-speed internet connection at all times.
  • Private, dedicated workspace for security reasons.
