Description

  • Close deals, upsell solutions, and drive new contracts with prospective clients.
  • Assist customers through the digital onboarding process to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Manage customer calls and chats while providing personalized support to prospects and customers in the financial sector.
  • Represent the brand and maintain a positive, professional image with clients.
  • Oversee administrative aspects of client relationships and keep records timely and accurate.
  • Work with colleagues and clients across different locations in a remote setting.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Flexibility and comfort working in a dynamic, evolving environment.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to help.
  • Ability to work in predetermined shifts and adhere strictly to assigned shift times.
  • Must be located in the EEA due to security requirements.
  • Stable, high-speed internet connection is required at all times.
  • Private, dedicated workspace is required for security reasons.
