Description

  • Own end-to-end design within a product trio, from problem framing through shipped interaction, with minimal direction.
  • Ship AI-powered features that help IT teams plan, validate, and execute complex migration projects.
  • Turn ambiguous, technically complex workflows into enterprise-scale user experiences.
  • Partner closely with product management and engineering to surface constraints early and maintain the experience quality through development and after release.
  • Validate design decisions using prototypes, session recordings, support data, and usage signals.
  • Contribute to and evolve the design system by maintaining existing patterns and creating new ones as the product grows.
  • Own the coherence of the user journey across your product area, including handoffs with adjacent teams.
  • Review user behavior and support trends to proactively identify issues and patterns.
  • Prototype multiple directions for complex flows or edge cases and pressure-test them with technical partners.
  • Present work in design critique, incorporate feedback, and clearly defend design decisions when needed.

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience shipping enterprise B2B SaaS products and owning outcomes end-to-end.
  • Experience designing for technical audiences such as IT admins, platform tools, infrastructure, or enterprise workflows is required.
  • Experience shipping AI-powered features in a production product.
  • Daily fluency with AI tools such as v0, Cursor, Lovable, Claude, or equivalent.
  • Strong systems thinking with the ability to design for empty, loading, error, and edge states from the start.
  • Clear communication skills and strong rationale for comparing and choosing between design options.
  • Microsoft 365 or cloud migration context is a strong asset, though not required.
  • Experience working on enterprise workflows with technically complex constraints.
  • Ability to work at a senior level and visibly raise the bar on a team.
