Description

  • Act as the technical reference for the sales team during demos, discovery calls, and evaluation sessions.
  • Deliver technical demos that highlight the platform’s agentic capabilities and can be reused by sales representatives.
  • Support deal progression as a technical co-closer by reinforcing product value and addressing technical gaps.
  • Reduce sales ramp-up time by leading the technical portion of onboarding and ongoing training.
  • Translate field objections and technical trends into structured input for product leaders and roadmap decisions.
  • Build reusable assets, systems, and AI workflows to scale technical knowledge across the sales team.
  • Support expansion conversations and help Account Executives and Account Managers communicate the value of the agentic approach.
  • Collaborate daily with Product leaders, AEs, AMs, and SDRs to align technical expertise with sales execution.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing technical sales role within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Strong fluency with AI and agentic solutions, including the ability to build workflows and explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to create high-quality demos that serve as internal references.
  • Proven business acumen and experience influencing deal closure in pre-sales, expansion, or both.
  • Builder mentality with experience creating systems and AI workflows that scale knowledge.
  • Clear, confident communication with a range of audiences, from HR leaders to executives.
  • Nice to have: experience in HR tech, performance management, or employee engagement.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment where priorities evolve quickly.

Benefits

  • Base salary of CAD 90,000–110,000.
  • Commission eligibility with target on-target earnings of approximately CAD 100,000–120,000.
