Description

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer negotiation.
  • Partner strategically with hiring managers by providing market insights, hiring guidance, and process consulting.
  • Develop job descriptions and candidate messaging aligned with Workit Health’s mission and voice.
  • Build diverse talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, industry events, referrals, and proactive outreach.
  • Engage and nurture passive candidates throughout the recruiting funnel.
  • Use ATS tools to manage pipelines and maintain accurate candidate records.
  • Improve interview structure, candidate experience, and recruiting funnel conversion rates.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics such as time to fill and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders.
  • Own assigned Talent Acquisition OKRs, including manager training and candidate pipeline development.
  • Serve as the primary recruiting contact for hiring teams and assigned requisitions.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment within an HR or People Operations team.
  • Experience using Greenhouse is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle, start-to-finish job requisitions.
  • Experience recruiting across clinical, technical, and/or operational functions.
  • Strong consultative relationship-building skills with hiring managers and cross-functional partners.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.
  • Strong organization, urgency, accountability, and communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and scale processes in a dynamic, evolving environment.
  • Strategic business judgment combined with tactical execution and creative problem-solving.
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee and business information confidentially.

Benefits

  • $90,000–$100,000 USD pay range.
  • Fully remote work.
