Description

  • Manage recruitment assignments from briefing and sourcing through interviews, offer negotiation, and placement.
  • Understand client businesses, role requirements, and hiring priorities to provide informed recruitment advice.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, referrals, and specialist networks.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines across fashion, retail, beauty, lifestyle, and e-commerce specialisms.
  • Assess candidate experience, capabilities, motivations, and suitability for each opportunity.
  • Present qualified shortlists with clear candidate summaries and manage candidate relationships throughout the process.
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and maintain momentum through hiring processes.
  • Manage the recruitment desk, prioritise assignments, and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Develop client relationships, identify repeat-business opportunities, and collaborate with Australian and US teams.

Requirements

  • Solid recruitment agency experience, including current or recent experience in fashion, retail, beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of a specialist market, including relevant roles, skill sets, and candidate profiles.
  • Demonstrated success managing recruitment assignments and delivering placements.
  • Strong headhunting, candidate management, and talent-network development skills.
  • Commercial confidence and credibility when working with senior clients and candidates.
  • Practical experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal English, organisation, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with ownership and urgency.
  • Ongoing availability for approximately six hours per day, five days per week, aligned with the Australian business day.
  • Experience with Australian or US clients, international recruitment, senior or executive appointments, or an established specialist network is preferred.
