Description

  • Build data mappings and integrations using integration tools, Workforce Optimizer, and third-party APIs.
  • Support customizations and configurations for existing integrations.
  • Work closely with business analysts, sales, software developers, and system architects to understand requirements, workflows, and validations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues as they arise.
  • Learn and implement new integration processes and methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in integration technologies.
  • Proficiency with APIs, Web Services, ETL, and processing data formats such as CSV, flat files, JSON, XML, and Excel.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and ability to write complex SQL queries.
  • Experience navigating SaaS architecture effectively.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, LUA, C, C++, Python, Scala, or PHP.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to multitask and support multiple clients concurrently.
  • Experience with an iPaaS tool such as BOOMI, MuleSoft, Iguana, or TIBCO is a plus.
