Description

  • Design tailored change strategies for complex AI and Google Workspace transformations using established methodologies.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops, assess organizational impacts, and identify risks, gaps, and adoption opportunities.
  • Define target outcomes, success metrics, and impact maps for AI-enabled process and policy changes.
  • Advise and coach executives, manage resistance, and activate change champion networks.
  • Develop persona-based training, learning journeys, communication narratives, leader toolkits, and prompt libraries.
  • Lead workshops, design-thinking sessions, and Gemini Enterprise pilot programs.
  • Establish adoption support systems including collaboration channels, office hours, and self-service agents.
  • Measure adoption through surveys, usage reports, productivity baselines, and leadership dashboards.
  • Conduct post-launch reinforcement activities to sustain new behaviors and ways of working.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in organizational change management or management consulting focused on enterprise technology programs.
  • Proficiency with change management frameworks such as Prosci/ADKAR or Kotter; Prosci certification strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting cloud or SaaS adoption programs, including Google Workspace, Google Cloud, or equivalent platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, presentation, and executive advisory skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influence skills across complex organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, business, psychology, communications, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI adoption, such as Gemini for Google Workspace or Vertex AI, preferred.
  • Experience with a Google Cloud Premier Partner or technology consulting firm preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate with engineers and data scientists to translate technical changes into human-centered action.
  • Experience with adoption dashboards, leadership reporting, and workshops using Miro or Mural preferred.
