Description

  • Evaluate and calibrate the performance of core team members and strategic roles on a regular basis.
  • Identify performance gaps and drive concrete, timely action plans.
  • Facilitate talent calibration and people review processes.
  • Identify, develop, and track high-potential employees and key talent.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent bench for critical positions.
  • Monitor retention and succession risks across the organization.
  • Assess organizational structure and reporting lines to recommend improvements aligned with growth strategy.
  • Support promotions, role changes, and succession processes, ensuring decisions are executed on time.
  • Participate in the definition and evaluation of candidates for key leadership and critical contributor roles.
  • Improve hiring standards and measure the quality of strategic hires.
  • Partner directly with the CEO and leadership team on talent decisions.
  • Provide data, analysis, and recommendations to accelerate people-related decisions.
  • Challenge managers and leaders constructively when needed.

Requirements

  • Experience leading Talent Management, Performance Management, Organizational Development, or People Business Partnering initiatives in high-growth companies.
  • Experience working directly with senior executives, founders, or leadership teams.
  • Proven track record driving decisions on performance, promotion, succession, and talent development.
  • Strong analytical ability and business-results orientation.
  • Excellent ability to influence, challenge, and align senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle complex conversations related to performance and talent.
  • Experience designing and executing calibration, people review, and organizational planning processes.
  • Advanced or fluent English is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
