Description

  • Develop and execute the product knowledge management strategy aligned with business goals and user needs.
  • Own and continuously improve the external Knowledge Center and internal Product Enablement Hub.
  • Create, maintain, and optimize product documentation, training materials, and self-service resources.
  • Structure content for integration with AI-powered knowledge assistants and self-service experiences.
  • Communicate product value propositions, benefits, best practices, and real-world use cases clearly and consistently.
  • Collaborate with Product, Client Success, Onboarding, Support, Sales, and other teams to identify knowledge gaps and improve content quality.
  • Own the product knowledge component of employee onboarding and design structured learning pathways for new hires.
  • Coordinate knowledge releases with product launches and feature updates.
  • Establish governance, editorial guidelines, taxonomy, quality standards, and content review processes.
  • Lead and mentor team members supporting knowledge management and enablement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical writing, editing, proofreading, documentation, or related disciplines.
  • 3+ years of experience in content strategy, adult learning, project management, research, or knowledge management roles.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with subject matter experts.
  • Experience managing or mentoring teams within knowledge management, documentation, learning, or enablement functions.
  • Strong expertise with Microsoft Word and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environments.
  • Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish (nice to have).
  • Experience working in SaaS, fintech, wealth management, or related industries (nice to have).
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, or learning experience design (nice to have).
  • Experience building knowledge ecosystems for employee enablement and customer education (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with analytics frameworks and tools for measuring content engagement and effectiveness (nice to have).
  • Understanding of AI-powered knowledge systems, chatbots, or large language models (nice to have).
  • Experience establishing governance frameworks for documentation, terminology, taxonomy, and content standards (nice to have).
  • Experience working in global or multicultural organizations (nice to have).
