Description

  • Architect and deploy production-grade voice AI agents for enterprise customer-support environments.
  • Design real-time IVR, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and low-latency turn-taking flows.
  • Develop LLM orchestration and reasoning across voice calls and form-based support tickets.
  • Integrate voice AI solutions with Talkdesk or similar CCaaS platforms, Zendesk, and backend or order-management APIs.
  • Design intelligent routing, customer-type identification, and human escalation paths.
  • Own evaluation and quality standards, including latency, voice naturalness, containment, deflection, QA, and pre- and post-go-live assessment.
  • Scope activation sprints and provide technical oversight on delivery approach, feasibility, and adoption planning.
  • Review client proposals and recommendations for enterprise readiness and platform alignment.
  • Join discovery and sales conversations with senior enterprise stakeholders when deep technical credibility is required.
  • Advise on governance, security, compliance, and change management for large-scale AI deployments.

Requirements

  • Senior hands-on architect or engineer with experience shipping production-grade voice AI agents.
  • Strong experience with real-time IVR, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and low-latency voice interaction design.
  • Proven experience with LLM orchestration and agentic workflow design across voice and text channels.
  • Integration experience with Talkdesk or a similar CCaaS platform, Zendesk, and backend APIs.
  • Ability to design intelligent routing, human escalation, and customer-type identification.
  • Microsoft Azure deployment experience, including Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry, is a strong plus.
  • If no Azure background, AWS and Bedrock experience is mandatory.
  • Experience in high-volume, seasonal customer-support environments.
  • Ability to demonstrate a comparable working solution through a live demo, walkthrough, or documented deployment.
  • Strong architectural judgment for scalable, adoptable, and realistic enterprise solutions.
  • Ability to advise senior stakeholders, including CIOs, IT leaders, and enterprise transformation teams.
  • Fluent English communication.
  • Bonus: depth in the Microsoft AI ecosystem, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Semantic Kernel, Power Platform, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Bonus: former Microsoft employee, Microsoft MVP, or experience in a Microsoft SI / partner ecosystem.
  • Bonus: experience with enterprise Copilot adoption, licensing activation, usage expansion, or business-value realization programs.
  • Bonus: advanced academic background such as a Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Information Systems, Organizational Behavior, or a related field.
