Description

  • Collaborate with the Aviation Geospatial Practice Lead and regional aviation engineering staff to deliver project objectives.
  • Support business growth for geospatial services at airports by developing new and existing contract opportunities.
  • Develop proposals and pricing for geospatial services.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with other aviation consultants to deliver projects.
  • Coordinate staff and technical schedules across teams.
  • Ensure successful project delivery with strong quality, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and team satisfaction.
  • Review project documentation for quality from work plans through final deliverables.
  • Advise clients on innovative geospatial solutions to support decision-making.
  • Develop a strong understanding of client businesses and how geospatial services can support their success.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field, or at least 10+ years of related work experience.
  • PLS or LSIT certification is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel to clients, projects, conferences, and other Woolpert offices.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Ability to quickly adapt and respond to industry changes and internal initiatives.
  • Experience with Trimble Business Center and related products.
  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D.
  • Experience completing field surveys in support of infrastructure projects, including design and construction services.
  • Knowledge of National CAD and GIS Standards.
  • Experience completing survey services on airfield infrastructure projects is preferred.
  • Must already have work authorization in the country where the job is located; visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Preference for candidates located in the Kansas City metro area.
